Right when I turned 15 in the summer, I had applied for a short summer internship with SouthWest Organizing Project which SWOP’s mission is to “empower disenfranchised communities in the Southwest United States to realize racial and gender equality and social and economic justice.”
Anyways, a family friend of my mom and step dad called John Acosta or many kids "Tio Juan" taught me many skills on how to use a camera and how to edit on Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro. These photos are my first "professional" flics, and this is dedicated to my tio juan.
